Welcome to Agesess Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your use of our website located at agesses.solutions (the "Site") and the purchase of our book, "Monsoon of Focus" (the "Product").

By accessing or using our Site, or by purchasing our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our Product.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

"You," "Your," "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Site or purchases our Product.
"Product" refers to the book "Monsoon of Focus: Crafting Deep Work in a Distracted World" by Arjun Mehta, in both physical and digital formats (as applicable).
"Site" refers to our website at agesses.solutions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and purchase our Product. By using the Site or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are accessing the Site or making a purchase on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Product Orders and Purchases

4.1 Order Submission

When you submit an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the Product. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when we ship the Product or send you a confirmation that the Product is ready for delivery.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the error. You will have the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment options as displayed on our Site.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical copies of the Product to addresses within India. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Risk of loss and title for the Product pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. User Obligations

The Product, "Monsoon of Focus," including all text, concepts, frameworks, and original content, is the intellectual property of Arjun Mehta and Agesess Solutions.

6.2 Limited License

By purchasing the Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Product.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or the Product, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Product or Site content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or digital content available through the Site.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or Product shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of any such proceeding.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, in the English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
