We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical (print) copies of "Monsoon of Focus." If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier tracking information).
  • The book must be returned in its original condition, with minimal wear and tear. Books with significant damage, markings, or missing pages may not be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Return Process

3. Digital Products (Future)

If we offer digital versions of "Monsoon of Focus" in the future, the following terms will apply:

3.1 Cooling-Off Period

Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with the digital version, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content extensively.

3.2 No Refund After Access

Once you have downloaded and accessed the digital product, it is generally considered delivered and used. Refunds for digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if the product has been substantially accessed.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
